SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Holdings are dispatched from Site Theta within 3–5 business days of acquisition. Once a holding leaves our custody, we cannot always account for how long it takes to arrive, or by what route.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, in original packaging. We ask that nothing be returned after dark. A refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

Some holdings are sold as one-of-one recovered material and are final sale — these are marked clearly on their listing before purchase.
